Howard Lee

Howard Lee is an independent researcher based in London, with a professional background in artificial intelligence. This research programme develops and tests a compact anomaly-based approach to the cosmological-constant problem, using sustained human-AI collaboration as part of the research process. The work is published under Howard Lee’s sole authorship and responsibility.

Research stance

The work is presented as a candidate theoretical framework whose claims should be judged by their assumptions, derivations, calculations and consistency with observation. The aim of this site is to make that judgement unusually easy: the argument is published not only as a paper, but as an inspectable scientific record in which individual claims, their status, dependencies, sources, open calculations and revisions can be traced directly.

Technical criticism is welcome. Useful correspondence identifies the exact equation, claim or assumption at issue and, where possible, supplies a calculation or source that can be checked.

Research method

Human-AI collaboration

AI systems have contributed synthesis, mathematical exploration, consistency testing, literature mapping and rapid iteration across alternative formulations. Human judgement set the research direction, selected the assumptions and interpretations, determined what entered the published work and remains responsible for every claim.
